Ultrasonic cleaning uses ultrasonic energy in an immersion cleaning
tank to assist in the removal of tenacious or stubborn soils from
parts. An ultrasonic system always consists of at least three main
components:
1. A tank to hold the cleaning fluid and the dirty parts
2. A generator to transform the line voltage into an ultrasonic
signal
3. Transducers to convert the ultrasonic electrical signal into
mechanical energy
How to choose ultrasonic cleaner ?

Before selecting ultrasonic cleaner, you need to know the size of
the parts being cleaned .
Measure the dimensions of largest parts to be cleaned (or number of
flasks or beakers to be processed) and make sure to select a tank
that will accommodate them.

Ultrasonic cleaners do a lot more than clean parts such as gears,
carburetors, PCB boards and surgical instruments. In the lab they
are broadly employed to degas solvents, disperse nanoparticles, and
emulsify, dissolve, disperse and otherwise prepare lab samples.

Baskets with insulated handles facilitate placing and removing
parts being cleaned in hot liquid. They also keep parts, flasks and
beakers off the tank bottom where they suppress vibration and lower
cleaning effectiveness.

AUTOMATIC SWEEP FUNCTION: manual regulation of the pulse setting is now performed
automatically by the internal microprocessor. The continuous
frequency scan enables an even more uniform distribution of the
bubbling waves inside the tank, which results in improvements in
the efficiency of washing everywhere within the tank.
AUTOMATIC ADAPTATION OF THE OPERATING FREQUENCY: use of a more powerful microprocessor has made it possible to
develop new software which can more quickly adapt the operating
frequency to level and temperature changes of the wash water.
